i had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, like leaving a warm note for my son. the breakfast was impressive, offering various options, and the evening kickbacks with free drinks were a nice touch.

I had a fantastic one-night stay with a spotless room featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering fluffy pancakes and fresh scrambled eggs, along with a great selection of beverages. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable. However, I did notice some noise from the hallways, which could be improved upon.

Valet service could use a serious overhaul!!! Slow retrieval of cars and mixed attitudes from the staff were disappointing, not to mention the limited communication regarding policies which often left guests confused!!!

I loved everything about Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown! The staff were friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome. I can't say enough good things about our stay!

The only downside was the parking cost.

The Drury had a breakfast buffet that was so good, I thought I had stumbled upon a secret breakfast club—fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and a coffee station that could wake the sleepiest of bears. The evening Kickback was like a party where the food was plentiful and the drinks flowed like a happy river of joy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Drury in Cleveland. The historic building impressed me, and the evening social offered delightful food. While the breakfast crowd overwhelmed the staff at times, the comfortable room and cleanliness made up for it. I'll definitely return.

I had an amazing time during my stay! The indoor pool was a nice relaxing spot, and the 5:30 kickback with free drinks and bar food was such a treat. Breakfast offered freshly made pancakes that were delightful, too. I'd definitely return for another visit!
